Mexico´s international career in Intellectual Property Law reflects a compromise and positive trend towards the protection and enforcement of its laws and rules. Mexico is part of the Paris Convention, Patent Cooperation Treaty, Bern Convention and some other international agreements.

Therefore, at Strategical we do our best to stay at the forefront on said topics, in order to guarantee the protection of distinctive signs such as trademarks, commercial advertisements, trade names and trademarks; in the preparation, drafting, and filing, and in the prosecution, preservation and enforcement of patent, utility model, industrial design, and plant variety applications in Mexico and in foreign countries.

We assist our clients during all stages, from preparing and filing all types of applications for the protection of the rights on said matter, as well as follow-up in monitoring and management of applications during any prosecution period until the protection has been granted. Once we obtain that protection, we keep on assisting and counseling our clients with monitoring and maintenance services for preserving or extending intellectual property protection.
